Swiss Diamond International is a privately held Swiss company founded in 2001 with headquarters in Sierre, a city located in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The demand for better nonstick cookware motivated Swiss Diamond International to develop a revolutionary coating reinforced with real diamond crystals. This patented technology was honored with the GOLD MEDAL at the International Inventor’s Fair in Geneva.
In 2010, after four years of research and exhaustive testing, Swiss Diamond engineers improved the revolutionary coating by 30 percent overall. All products are now being manufactured with the new Swiss Diamond HD coating.
Swiss Diamond has been called "the Rolls-Royce" of nonstick fry pans by the Wall Street Journal, named best nonstick cookware by the leading U.S. consumer ratings organization, and recommended by the Cooking Club of America. It is recommended for vegan and vegetarian cooking by the American Vegetarian Association and has won numerous international awards.
Swiss Diamond products are currently sold in at least 38 countries worldwide.
